About

Ever since my dad bought me my first drum set and guitar in the 5th grade, I have been chasing my musical dream. After pursuing degrees in Finance and a Masters in Music Business, I have spent over a decade learning the music industry inside and out while creating long-lasting relationships. I have played in bands my entire life, toured the world on a professional level for years, worked in every size venue imaginable, and managed sold-out shows with A-list artists, VIPs, and Executives. I also excel at networking and partner relations

After relocating from New York to Austin in 2023, I took a job as a Strategic Partnerships Manager at iHeartMedia. I implemented targeted prospecting strategies that increased qualified leads. I closed new business throughout the country for all iHeartMedia’s assets. I demonstrated comprehensive product knowledge to effectively address client needs and objections. I also developed and nurtured relationships, resulting in positive brand recognition with clients for the company.

Before iHeartMedia, I was a Commercial Partnerships Manager at Sony Music Entertainment. I was responsible for managing and maintaining the partnerships with YouTube, Pandora, Peloton, TouchTunes, and AMI. I worked in tandem with labels and partners to execute high-level marketing campaigns and strategies for all artists, including Adele’s “Easy on Me”, Harry Style’s “Watermelon Sugar”, and Lil Nas X’s “Montero”. I served as the account manager for platform updates, operations, and artist opportunities for the partners. I collaborated with labels to identify and create value for artists and SME repertoire by focusing on analytics and intuition. In addition, I was responsible for growing revenue and executing strategic goals across labels and partners, as well as managing a $5 million advertising budget across the labels for Pandora. Being on the Global Digital Business Team, I was able to gain experience in multiple departments ranging from legal, marketing, analytics, sales, A&R, product development, and account management for the entire Sony Music ecosystem.

Prior to working at Sony, I was a Director of Sales and Business Development at Artist Growth. Artist Growth is a comprehensive software platform that connects the entire music ecosystem to deliver everything a business needs to be successful. During my time at Artist Growth, I initiated and developed software sales efforts on the east coast by reaching out to my network of artists, labels, and other industry professionals. I forecasted the company’s goals and KPIs with the finance team and turned them into actionable steps to achieve growth. I also prospected and negotiated new business development opportunities while maintaining project timelines to ensure all necessary milestones were accounted for and completed.

Before Artist Growth, I founded a boutique management company which I revived in 2023. I developed the first client, Chloe Lilac, to the point of brokering, negotiating, and ultimately signing with RCA Records and Sony ATV/EMI Publishing, while also sourcing and analyzing competitive label and publishing deals to guarantee the best possible outcome for the client. Her debut single, “Reckless”, broke the top 10 on Spotify’s US Viral chart. I facilitated all aspects of the artist’s releases including distribution, strategy, and manufacturing. In addition, I provided day-to-day management for Noise Club (Warner/Chappell), who co-wrote the Quadruple Platinum single, ”Starving”, by Hailee Steinfield. Current roster includes Barb, Foxtales, Sunblossom, and JC Barrett Productions.

Before starting my own company, I was an Artist Manager at Ron Shapiro Management & Consulting and the day-to-day manager for Melanie Martinez (Atlantic Records – Warner/Chappell). Melanie’s debut album, ‘Cry Baby‘, became RIAA-certified Platinum during my tenure. It has also received 8 Gold-certified singles, 5 Platinum-certified singles, and 3 Multi-Platinum-certified singles to date. In addition to career guidance and daily management, I provided on the ground management support for her soldout world arena tour that included the United Kingdom, Europe, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. I created, monitored, forecasted, and approved all her budgets related to recording, touring, and merchandising. I provided direction and strategy for Melanie’s digital and streaming activities on all DSP’s. I also served as the assistant manager for Max Frost (Atlantic Records – BMG), Civil Twilight (Wind Up Records), and Lenka (Sony – Sony ATV).

I have an unmatched passion for all things music. I am analytical and detailed oriented, with an excellent track record regarding business development and artist relations. I have routinely worked well under pressure and thrive in deadline-driven environments.

be cool. stay cool. act cool.

let’s get to work.
